General

Our company has always turned down the formulation of terms and conditions which bring to us unilateral advantages and to our clients and/or suppliers unilateral disadvantages. We feel us committed to cooperative behavior and equal rights for all. For this reason, we do not formulate General Terms and Conditions (GTC) particularily for us and we exercise all our activities exclusively under the following aspects:

Because we are a purely Swiss company all relations between us and our customers or our suppliers, are subject only and exclusively to Swiss law in such a way as it is formulated in the Swiss Civil Code (CC) and the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). Below is listed a limited set of rules which the legislature has left to the contract parties:

Certification / Conformity

  • All our products have got the CE-label. By this we confirm as producer or reseller that our products correspond to the product specific European directives. In all countries where the EC directives are effective our products can be used according to their intended purpose.
  • Shipment of our products to countries with different regulations and resale or usage of them is subject only and exclusively to the responsibility of customer, retailer and/or user.

Prices

  • We take care to keep our prices up to date. The present time is characterized by very changeable exchange rates, so we reserve the right to adjust our sales prices to the respective exchange rates at any time. In this sense, all prices on our website are subject to alterations without notice.

Deliveries

  • We usually deliver against prepayment.

Shipping

  • We ship normally as follows:
  • Switzerland: By Swiss Post (Economy, Transport time to customers domicile 2-3 days).
  • Europe: By Swiss Post GLS, duration of transport to customers domicile 2-4 days).
  • Worldwide: By DB-Schenker or by a company chosen by the customer.

VAT/Sales tax Switzerland

  • We are listed at the Swiss Federal Tax Administration with the tax identification number: CHE-108.041.724 MWST.

VAT/Sales tax Germany

  • We are listed at the German Federal Tax Administration with the tax identification number: DE267082757.

Customs and Export / Import Processing Switzerland

  • Our Swiss customers are not affected.

Foreign countries

  • Subject to other requirements of our customers, we - and Swiss Post GLS or others on our behalf - settle all export and import affairs and we also bear the related costs. Our customers usually do not have any inconveniences and/or extra costs because the goods are delivered from Switzerland.
Warranty regulation
  • As warranty we understand all efforts which are necessary during the warranty period to resolve errors caused by design, manufacturing and/or material defects.
  • As warranty we understand all efforts, which are necessary during the warranty period, to resolve design- or manufacturing-errors and/or material defects..
  • The warranty period for equipment, which were manufactured and sold by ourselves, is 24 months from date of shipment.
  • For items which we run as commercial products the warranty period is 12 months from date of shipment. Any additional warranty granted by the original manufacturers has to be claimed directly at the respective manufacturers.
  • Our warranty covers in all cases our expenses for restoring the proper device state. If this is not achievable, we provide either a replacement or we refund the purchase price, the choice between these two proceedings is ours.
  • A detailed error description is a condition for a warranty claim.
  • All costs for transportation and import-/export-settlements and any duties or taxes are to be to paid by the customer.
