About us
We are an incorporated company (Inc.) under Swiss law and have a fully paid-up capital of CHF 225'000.00. Our headquarter is located in Niederteufen in Canton Appenzell-Ausserrhoden.
Although we are a small business with seven employees, this does not prevent us making our goals regarding product benefits, service quality and reliability as high as possible.
On top of our company is the Board of Directors (BoD). It is responsible for the prosperous development of our company and provides conditions enabeling the achievement of goals. The members of the BoD are Heinz Bolli as president and Prof. Dr. Christian Belz as a member.
The auditing agency is the company Schmid & Partner AG, St. Gallen.
